Friday 9:15 am- FULL BODY circuit class
Our Circuit Training Class is a high intensity workout offering intervals of strength, cardio, and core work with pre planned rest periods. The workouts move quickly, the exercises and equipment used are constantly changing, and our multi joint movement approach forces you to use your whole body as a unit every workout! Come torch body fat and improve your overall fitness with this fun/energetic class. Perfect for non runners looking to improve cardiovascular health, bone strength, and increase muscle mass.
