EACH WEEK, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A SCHEDULE THAT INCLUDES DAILY TASKS TO MASTER. THESE TASKS ARE DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU MOVE AND FEEL BETTER.

SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT VIDEOS

THESE VIDEOS FOCUS ON IMPROVING STRENGTH, CONDITIONING AND MOBILITY. THEY ARE BETWEEN 10-15 MINUTES IN LENGTH.

SELF GUIDED WORKOUTS

THESE WORKOUTS FOCUS ON BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS AND SELF DISCIPLINE THROUGH MOVEMENT. 

       

WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITY CHECK INS WITH US 

COACH MARTIN OR COACH MEGAN WILL CONNECT WITH YOU VIA EMAIL, PHONE OR TEXT TO DISCUSS HOW THE PLAN IS GOING AND PROVIDE ENCOURAGEMENT/SUPPORT.
