We believe that focusing on basic movement patterns is the key to a healthy and fit lifestyle. Every person has the capacity to reach their fitness goals and can benefit from our workout programs. COACH MEGAN

I believe that we all come with the pre-installed necessary hardware to be exceptional.  Placing focus on strength, mobility and nutrition is key to lifelong wellness.  For the last 15 years I have helped people discover their potential and create a more powerful self through improved movement and mind-body connection.  I hold certificates through NASM (Corrective Exercise Specialist/Weight Loss Specialist) and ISSA (Certified Personal Trainer).  I am a husband, father of two high energy boys, military veteran, dog lover and avid traveler.  I enjoy running, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. 

I am a wife, mother of 3, former teacher and fitness lover who is extremely passionate about helping others. Twelve years ago, I was out of shape, overweight and uncomfortable in my own skin. I decided it was time to make some changes, and I haven’t looked back since. I have dedicated the past decade to creating new habits and becoming a better version of myself. I hold my Certified Personal Trainer certificate through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and while I enjoy all things fitness related, my passion lies in teaching group fitness and running groups. I’d love to help you achieve your fitness goals...whatever they may be!
